Crepe Batter

Since visiting Paris, crepes have been a favorite with the grandchildren.
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ⅓ cups whole milk
  • 1 pup unbleached, all-purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tbls. unsalted butter, melted

Combine flour and salt.  Mix in milk.  Add in eggs and melted butter. Mix until smooth,
